My functional pottery has a modern and simple aesthetic and is inspired by nature. I enjoy working with underglaze transfers and creating pieces where there is a visual and textural contrast between the organic, raw clay and the glazes and transfers.

I enjoy creating work that is both inspiring and enjoyable to experience. Harmony of form, colour and design is what I strive to achieve. My love of nature and gardening is expressed in my work through illustrations, brushwork, carving and spray glazing.
