Meetings
Monthly meetings are open to members and non-members alike. Join us for a meeting if you are considering becoming a member.
Meetings are organized into two segments: Business and Programming. During the Business segment, the Guild executive provides committee updates and announcements, and allows members to discuss issues. Anyone can add an item to the agenda by sending a message to the Secretary, at least 10 days before the meeting.

During the Programming segment, guest speakers present topics of interest, and there is an opportunity to socialize and network. If you have a suggestion for programming during the monthly meeting, send a message to the Activity & Programming Chair activity@ottawaguildofpotters.ca.
Members receive the meeting agenda and programming details seven days before each meeting via GuildForum. Also watch for details on our social media and in the monthly newsletter.
Note that January and February virtual meetings are held on Zoom. An invitation will be sent via GuildForum. Meetings are not held in July or August.
